I'd just like to say that I think the way Aloud.com have handled the sale of the Glastonbury 2004 tickets is absolutely shambolic. And that's putting it mildly.
I was up most of last night just trying to connect to their site, and the few times I did actually manage to submit the order form I was greeted with totally unhelpful messages.
'There was an error with your form'. What was the error? I don't have a clue, they didn't tell me.
Ok, so the demand is incredibly high, but SURELY they could have predicted that and dealt with it? It's Glastonbury for f**k's sake! Of course loads of people are going to try and access the site at the same time!
Here's hoping Michael Eavis and the organisers decide to use a ticketing service that knows what they're doing next year.
