Hello all,
I am trying to organise a snowbording/skiing trip to France for early 2007. At the moment we have myself (Dan), Denise, Liz, David (friend from Art College), David's friend (friend of friend from Art College) and Pablo (maybe). Would be good to get a group so we can all stay in a chalet together.
At the moment I am just trying to gauge genuine interest. Cost is looking to be around £500 per person for flights, transfers and 7 days fully catered accommodation including unlimited wine with evening meals! This does not include lift passes which can cost around £100, or equipment hire £50ish. However it is a top resort (Tignes) and will be an amazing laugh.
See you on the Piste...

Is it always cold when you go skiing? I have never been, but I have seen pictures of snow and stuff!!! I know from experience that snow is cold, so don't mock me!! My friend went skiing and she came back with a red face that looked like sun burn, but it wasn't it was cold burn or something like that!!
Anyway, is the skiing hill in Plymouth cold? Or does it take snow to make it cold? I have never been their either!
So say if I went skiing one day on a mountain with snow, would I be cold? Should I need to wear a special ski coat and trousers like my Barbie had? I don't have any, just hers and they don't fit me! They don't even fit ken!! I tried once! He had his own!
This trip would obviously involve a plane, so I won't be able to come as I am scared of planes!
Anyway, back on subject....

Carly, you have enough problems standing up as it is without bringing snow and ice into the equation...
