Right, well…

No excuses, I've just been amazingly slack/drunk/asleep. So here's my first 'real' post of 2008. Over the past few weeks, I've:

Been really ill (well, it just wouldn't be Christmas without the mucus and aching)
Eaten and drunk far too much (as have we all I suspect...)
Taken the plunge and bought myself one of these
Started writing songs for a new album
Finally got a bookshelf that can cope with the amount of books I own rather than just piling them up on top like a kind of 'Book Jenga' (ta Dad)
Slept through several entire days
Begun revising for a Microsoft networking exam, which I recently found out has become reassuringly known as “The Beast” among those who've taken it
Been photographed wearing a tinfoil hat
Made some new year's resolutions, one of which was to resurrect this weblog and post more often
Read a blogging article which details how it's really lazy writing to just list things as bullet points and call it a post
But what the fuck do I care
I don't care, is the answer
There's only so long I can get away with this before everyone realises I've run out of points
And am just padding it out
