Why I like watches and what I think is a watch

Ok you may find this odd but this is why I like watches and not quartz types.
Its like if you had a classic car, it may not be as fast as your latest models but it has the style and a vintage engine. mechanical watches are all working parts a vintage movement though not the best at pression timing in the long term and lose about -10 to +30 secs a day depending on temp, it is a proper watch to me. Look at the pictures you can see the inner workings, a mechanical watch also has a sweeping second hand, in my opinion is way better than the quartz second by second click...click....click.
The automatic watch winds using a blade weight that moves as you walk winding the spring...do not mistake with the seiko kinetic watch as they are quartz too with a battery reserve.
