Bluetooth Headsets

By Neo on Tuesday 24 October 2006 at 22:28

Well as we advance in this technological communication time Bluetooth has become a handy tool to transfer information between phones and computers or use a phone as a remote to control your computer.
They have also made it illegal to drive while talking on the phone so bluetooth has stepped in and helped to solve this problem and make driving safer. wooo. Now unatractive as it is the bluetooth ear pieces though unatractive serve a purpose within your vehicle have NO purpose on your head while you walk around town you fucking old twats who think its great to display them to the world and say “I have the state of the art technology” while the pissing phone sits in your pocket you lazy fat fuckers...it makes you look like a right dick with that piece of plastic hanging from your ear. The only people who would fully understand and appreciate its tech wonders would think LAZY TWAT. Anyway if any of you people stumble on here while looking for a piece of plastic that blips from the side with a little blue l.e.d to say your getting a phone call while you walk around town and cant be fucking bothered to get the phone ot of your pocket cos your belly prevents it...oh I wonder why that is?...cos your fucking lazy, back track in your life and I bet you own a pissing bum bag too!!

Much amusement had by all here in the office, Neo, particularly as we have one such example ourselves (50ish with belly who thinks he looks young and hip, bless).

oh bless Neo!! I think that this rant is just because you secretly want one and are jeleous as you don't!!! lol.

There was a man in the pub with one once and he was stood at the bar talking and shouting like a mad man! Every one was a bit worried and wary of the man, as they all thought he was talking to himself!! He looked like a right wally!

I think blue tooth head sets are great for cars and offices etc when you need your hands to do other things, like holding onto the steering wheel. But in pubs and streets they are a waste of time and actually do make the person in question look incredibly stupid. I must add that I don't own one and proably never will do. If I was driving and someone phoned I would ignore it, as i can't talk and concentrate at the same time! any way think i went on a bit longer than I planned!

Thank you Neo. That has just confirmed everything I ever said to my Dad on the subject when he had one.

It is no coincidence, I believe, that he has started losing weight since the frigging headset has gone.

What about the people who have two? (It's Nathan Barley. From the TV show of the same name.) Are they doubly lazy? Or amazingly cool?

Also - Carly: “i can't talk and concentrate at the same time”. Really?

do people have two so they can talk to two people at the same time? Gosh that is an immpossible task!!!

Matt- Yeah it takes a lot of concentation to do things that i do, like walk etc, so if i talk as well i often fall over!

Does anyone EVER know what is going on amongst this lot?! I would be very surprised if they did! Usually too drunk to remember any plans made or too hung over to care!

Not sure what is happening tonight yet but I have promised my flatmate a night out with dressing up so very likely we will be somewhere out there partying!

If I don't see you, have a great night everyone!
