Party. My Place. NYE.

By Matt on Tuesday 28 September 2004 at 16:32

It's on New Year's Eve, and actually it's at my Mum and Dad's place, but let's not be pedantic.

Hopefully I've got in early enough that no-one's been invited anywhere else, so you'll all have no excuse not to come. Besides, I *should* have finished university by then, for ever, which will be reason enough for me to celebrate.

Spread the word, all welcome. (No tenuous randoms though.) Palmer, I'll understand if you can't make it back.

So who's up for it?

Woohoooo! Someone actually thought to plan ahead this year, which means we won't end up just going to a pub!

Count me in - although I think we should probably tell people as well cause no-one reads this blog apart from us and Palmer (and he's off sunning himself somewhere).

Brilliant. I concur with the “actually telling people” idea. If you've got them, could you send me the email addresses of the regular crowd from home? I feel bad for not knowing them already, but you know how it is, changing your own address and losing all your old contact lists. I'll put a message out to hopefully get people interested. Like I said, I'm keen to get in early so everyone will come.

Haven't been sunning myself for at least a week - in Kuala Lumpur at the minute, trying to stay out of the shopping malls (which are everywhere!!) and not spend any money. Already 800 quid over budget and only 3 months in, donations welcome...

Matt would love to be at yours for NYE, your parents house was always a wicked party venue but alas Sydney will have to do Wink

Go to “Betty's Soup Kitchen” on Oxford Road (the Hyde Park end) when you're in Sydney. Best. Home-cooked food. Ever. If it doesn't make you homesick you have a cold, cold heart. Have you been up the Petrona Towers yet?
Anyway, when was the last time you saw the folk's place, Mr P? It's probably changed a bit since - the utility room and the shed bit that was stuck on the end (between the house and the road) has been converted/rebuilt and is now an epic kitchen; the old kitchen is the new office (well, 2 offices and a conference room); the old office is soon to be knocked through to double the size of the TV room; and there's a triple garage in the slope of the garden behind that parking bit. Why did they wait until I left home to make the house nice...?

Hope you're enjoying Uni!

I may have to break my tradition of simply going to the royal in horsebridge this year and do something good. But I'll probably just end up going to matt's party instead Wink he he! God damn I'm bored. Anyone wanna give me a job? Blow job will do, anything... please?

This is a new low. Even for me.
